TLW is a go for a new series, the entire cast will be back, including Summerlee, they promised us it would be renewed for another 4 years, with a budget of millions and millions, the romances will be more steamy, the interactions intense, guests will include Tom Cruise, Tom Hanks and Tom Selleck, the Conan Doyle estate have given free reign, the dinosaurs are courtesy of Industrial Light and Magic with Lucas Sound, J&G and Guy have been brought on board to write and produce and -- PSYCH!!

Oh ... if only ... :cry:

Have to admit tho I kept my eyes open just in case I happen to see Gar and Judy -- but no luck. They must be on Mars again.

Ahh. Nope, I wasn't there for the psych panel! I heard from my sister that the line was super long...people must like the show, but I had no idea. I was in H Hall for the James Cameron panel for Avatar. I did come back to line up for the fullfilment room with my sister to get a psych tshirt though!

By the way -- I met some really nice peeps while I was walking around. One particular young man and I discovered we had a lot in common while we were standing in line for a Warner Bros prize (I was hoping for MP3 player speakers but ende up with a baby Tribble! :lol:

Well they go well with the Mama one I bought. Anyway ...). We talked about LOST, TREK, TWILIGHT (which I have not seen but he had a good time telling anyone who asked us what we in line for that we were waiting to see the TWILIGHT movie sequel!) and somehow we did get around to TLW. I brought it up casually and, at first, he didn't remember it but then he said something that warmed my heart: "Wasn't that the show with Rachel Blakely?". I could have kissed him right there. :oops:

He didn't recall it clearly but he remembered Marguerite and ... TRIBUNE!! :lol:

Anyway, I spoke also with some of the V (a remake of the old mini series) girls when they were away from their booth and they were very charming -- and beautiful! These are tall and gorgeous model-types but they were very nice, not stand offish at all.

And I managed to get some freebie books, posters and signed comicbooks so, all in all, not a bad Thursday.

Hi all! So, as always, I'll be putting up some pics of this years convention! There were definitely some new shows I became interested in, so I'll let you know all about them in the next few days! This year was absolutely the best one so far!

Here's a little clip I finished that was taken on beginning of the last day of the convention...I thought this was so much fun, but super dorky. :roll:
