I think this is one of the best episodes in season 1 because Will had an unusual role and he did it very well. Rachel was also great. We could see that Marguerite has feelings to Roxton.

Not a bad one, really scary, Halloween type
But still I nevel like seeing Roxton possesed by demonic spirit and absessed with other woman. Although his first attempt *kiss the in tent* was the right one And of course that Marguerite's comment on having dreams about Roxton... aw, that was sweet! _________________ Experience is something you get the moment after you need it

Yep, definately a "Halloween" type of episode. Almost everyone was screaming in this one! Veronica, in her bed, "dreaming" of Nikko, and Roxton's scene in the jungle -awesome scene by Will. I also enjoyed Malone's fight with Nikko. I was surprized that ver would take her own life just so no one would fight over her! I would have liked to see more of a story develop between Nikko and Ver. It would have been interesting if they really did have an "unknown" past together. I think they all did great. Also, this episode was one of my favorites just because of the danger that everyone in the group was faced with. It is pretty scary when you think about it. _________________ They're not mushrooms! I agree. I would have loved to see more of a backstory on Nikko and Veronica. She must have cared as much for him as our Ned if she didn't want to see either one hurt just for her. [or maybe she knew Ned would lose.] Just another thing that could have been cleared up in blasted season 4.
Great pics Geoff, where in the world did you find them? I feel like there is more of TLW out there than I know. Thank goodness I found ya'll. _________________ I used to jog but the ice cubes kept falling out of my glass.

| The Lost World Vampires? What is it??? I thought this episode is called Blood Lust. Are there two versions of season 1 or what? I have also seen DVD called The Lost World Gladiator and its length is about 80 minutes.

No but some DVD production companies (either with Newline's blessing or not) made their own versions of the eps into mini movies you could say. They are only available I believe in Europe as the US didn't have anything like that. They spliced eps together sometimes to make these, from what I've been told. _________________ I like corny. I just finished watching this for the second time this week and still don't know what to say about it. I feel discombobulated when Roxton isn't in hot pursuit of Marguerite. Naturally, I understand that so much more going on here. I didn't like the lines Jennifer was given to put poor Malone in his place. It came off as a very sad and disfunctional episode. Veronica didn't know Niko, but he'd obviously had dreams about a fair haired girl as a child. It makes sense with the "grass is greener on the other side theory" as all he probably ever saw were dark haired girls in his tribe. He was consumed with Veronica over her beauty instead of who she was. He came in a few steps above a caveman to buy the blonde. The way Veronica kept pushing Malone away made it hard to root for them to have a relationship the way we do for another unnamed couple. Speaking of Roxton, this was his episode. He did a good job of worrying me through out. Marguerite cracked me up with her lack of enthusiasm for finding him. Challenger was his usual charming self with cure or kill Roxton. Finally, it was our ever charming, always misunderstood Marguerite that came to the rescue with one well placed bullet. What a woman!
