Hey guys,

I've had some freetime and I've heard this song and I just *had* to try this in a Music Video. :D

I've never done one before and I'm surely not on the same stage as all of you other Vid Makers but I'm quite happy with the result....lol. *blush*
And really you've got my respect for doing this ...it's a lot of effort and time and love you put into this ...fantastic! :)

Well, okay. It's called "Marguerite & Roxton - I wanna be your everything" and is inspired by the song "I wanna be your everything" by Keith Urban.
It's Roxton's Point of View ...enjoy! I hope you'll like it even if it's my first ...and probably my last

Sorry if the quality is not that good I wasn't sure with the resolution and had to convert and all ... sorry

Steffi's 1st M&R Music Video

Hugs,

Steffi :angel4:

Steffi, I think is a good first try. I like this video, I like the music and there are a nice selection of Marguerite and Roxton scenes!
I hope you'll make more video! :D

Thank you, Bogi! :)

I'm normally into different types of music but I thought the Lyrics fitted very well and I had all scenes in mind as I heard it :D

Maybe I'll tryx some more ...although I doubt I'll manage to find another song that makes it easy for me ...lol

But thank you! Glad you think it's a good try :)

Hi Steffi, you did good for a first try. The lyrics are fitting for Roxton and Marguerite, and I love the scenes you've chosen. I would have used fewer clips and a bit longer however.

I know what you mean but I think the meaning would've been lost because every line had a scene somehow :D It just fitted. I think if I had chosen less scenes the lines in the song wouldn't come out the way they do now ...but that's just my pov... it's my first ...lol What do I know?;)

Thanks for checking it out and btw, sorry I still didn't reply to your e-mail ...I'm still overwhelmed with the mails I missed the last 2 years but I promise I'll catch up soon :)

Steffi, what a wonderful gift you've given us. The scenes fit perfectly with the words to the song. That had to take some time to get just right. Encore! Encore!!! :GroupHug: Group hug! Your video leaves me all warm and fuzzy. :D

Hey Steffi,

Congratulations on completing your first video! :applauds:

I like the lyrics of the song that you chose. They fit with Marguerite and Roxton and the scenes that you chose fit the lyrics very well. A great job for your first video...making videos does indeed take a lot of time and work but I hope you'll continue. There can never be too many video makers out there! :)

Hey, Steffi I really like the video especially the two lines

When you wake up, I'll be the first thing you see (the scene from Survivors when Marguerite wakes up)
When it's pitch dark, you can reach out for me (a scene from Out of Time where Marguerite reaches out of the fog for Roxton's hand.

I think you've got a great natural rhythm and would love to see you make more videos.

I haven't got the scenes that good in my head as I used to (hey ... it's been at least five years ago LOL). And I have to listen to the song very carefully again.

Don't worry about the email. Thanks for letting me know why you haven't replied yet ;) .

Thank you for watching the vid and replying! :) It's great to get some feedback if you try something for the first time.

The scenes came quite naturally to my head as I heard the song but to "put on my paper what's in my head" ...that's the problem. LOL.

Glad you liked it, even if it has its flaws. :) And yes, the words in the song fit perectly. I love the part where he sings "Now that you've shown me who I really am" with the scenes from Eye for an Eye" Roxton makes me whoohoo in that scene! *thud*

Or the one "And be the spark that lights you up" and Rachel is laughing (the scene from the Bloopers) ... and of course my favorite Birthright scene although I'm not quite satisfied with the background music at that time it should've been softer but I didn't want to miss my fav scene in it. :D

Awww I'm so much into TLW and TOTSS mood at the moment it makes me sad we don't have any new episodes. *sniff*

I need to read more Fanfics! LOL

Thanks everyone! *big Hugs*

Hey there, honey bear!
It's a brilliant start, I must say! So proud of you! *hugs*
I liked the song a lot, and the video-caps you inserted along with it :) So very M&R style :) Never heard this song before and so glad that I know it now. Very beautiful!
Hope you're gonna make more, can't wait for it!

Love,
Nadin :D

Thank you, Nadin! :) I'm really glad you like it. And sorry about the Word Mail. I've started but I don't really find enough time to finish it yet. I'll try to hurry, promise! Didn't forget about it. I was preoccupied with some old word mails I wrote to you a loooong time ago. :D It was so funny to read what I wrote to you all this time ago. :D I'll really try to hurry!

Thanks for your sweet reply!

Hugs,

Steffi :angel4:
