Thanks for the welcome Kim.
I am just about to watch the final 2 episodes of season 1-and enjoying each episode as I watch it.
My wife is half way through season 1 as I started watching it before she did. _________________ Thanks to Raziel for my beautiful Sig

HOw do you and your wife view the series? I know my husband and I see it very differently... we both agree on the entertainment value.. then we part company on the romance(s)

We both enjoy the series immensley.
Because I bought region 1 discs (U.S.A./Canada),and we live in the U.K.,We have one multi region DVD player which my wife is using to watch it on.
My lap top's DVD drive is set to view region 1 discs and i have left it at that so that is where I watch it..
I agree about the entertainment value of the programme-she likes the slushy moments also where as I like the action scenes.
Both play an integral part of the show and must be viewed as a whole to enjoy it though.
Nothing like seeing some one getting their leg chewed off by a velocoraptor is there _________________ Thanks to Raziel for my beautiful Sig

Hello everyone, it's great to meet others that enjoy TLW as much as I do. I got hooked on it from reruns of season 2 right before 3 came out and recorded them on VCR tape. I recently bought a DVD recorder and was transferring them for a friend that is a missionary to Brazil. A special treat for myself was to purchase all 3 seasons on DVD. After I spent many hours recording the shows for her that I have on tape, I went and watched the others on DVD. She is missing out on so much, but I am enjoying them all over again. How strange that this show endures as well as it does. I feel like a kid at Christmas as I relive each episode, especially with our beloved Summerlee! The air became thick with grief to add to our adventures troubles when he left. At least the door was left open for him to return via the many mysteries of the plateau.
My heartfelt thanks to all that have made this forum possible.

| Thank you so much for the warm welcome TINGLER, Kimmer, CAP and Beckers! I just found the post to wish our beloved Michael Sinelnikoff a Happy Birthday. I am beyond giddy to see I'm not the only one that developed a connection with TLW. There are a lot of good shows out there, a lot that are well written, but this one possesses a heart and soul to it that you don't find every day. I stumbled across this web site as I sought the DVDs to purchase for my friend in Brazil. I had recorded as much as I could for her onto DVD from VCR tapes, but I was missing so many wonderful episodes that I couldn't do the series justice. Finding this web site and all of you has made this a wonderful week for me. It is an honor to meet each of you.
