2)If you are trying to get into any big movie or TV event, I would plan on getting in line at least 1.5 hours before. You're best bet, like I mentioned above, is to plan on attending panels that are in the room you want to get into well before the panel you're interested in. I'm attending the Stan Lee panel tomorrow not because I have a huge interest in Stan Lee but because the Torchwood and Doctor Who panels are immediately afterward and I want a good seat.

Torchwood.. yes, yes, yes!!!! please, please a report.... I'm trying to think of a good bribe for Ry Wink btw Ry Al has the picture Yar took last year on his phone main screen. Thank you again!

Just finished reading Variety's review of Comic-Con.. and their tongue in cheek mention of those "crazy" fangirls.. then I look at Ry's comments.... in Variety's obliqueness, it's obvious who they were talking about *wink*

You met John Barrowman.. oh, who gives a ................wimper.. I do :blush2:

Hugs,

I turned on G4 (cable channel) because they have Live! 2008 Comic-Con San Diego

I thought they would be wandering around but unfortunately it's more they have a station and people come to them.

I was hoping for a look around to see if I could SPOT anyone.

I heard through reliable sources that Ry did her usual fangirl performance when she met him. I'm just sad I wasn't there to witness it. Laughing I heard about it right after the fact. Laughing

OMG! And they said Renee O'Connor and Lucy Lawless would show up there (XWP was one of the other shows I really watched and it would be awesome to see them face to face)!

Ry, we are waiting for more details on you meeting John Barrowman!!

For all that had a chance to go, enjoy your time there!

Darn, and I missed it! Laughing

I'd be there today but I have ballgame to go to tonight.
But I'll be there bright and early on Saturday -- wonder if J&G might make an appearance??? Smile

G4 is starting again today at 4pm (PST).

*sobs*

I saw pictures of the Stargate: Continuum panel... Rick, Amanda, Michael, Chris, Brad, Beau and Ben were there (so really only Cliff and Claudia were missing)... and all the pictures look like it was hilarious...

*cries eyes out*

I shouldn't complain, really; I got to go to TT and had a fabulous time, but... the pictures! So much fun! Cursed need for money!

*shakes fist*

First: I'm jealous.

Second: I'm glad you had fun! It sounds like quite the experience!

Any details or pictures you would like to share?

Pictures I saw Cliff was at the premeire screening of it on the USS Midway, but no Claudia. So in a way Cliff was at the Con, just not on the panel.

Hi Cap.I see you have a thing for Torchwood and so thought you might like to know series 3 will be only 5 episodes and shown on BBC1 in the UK on consectutive nights telling one story.
