Yes, I watch Monk as well. It's a good show, btw. But in the moment I'm watching Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer with my brother (again...). He's a big fan to the Fantastic 4 (  ), but I don't like the film very much.

Xelda I do watch Monk... it's just fun..... 
What I just finished watching:
"Kings of the Sun" made in 1963, under the old studio regime. Directed by J. Lee Thompson. Score by Elmer Bernstein. Starring Yul Brynner. And he, only clad with a few words in each scene, dominates the film. This movie is filled with action and spectacle .The battle scenes are well staged and the sets are magnificent with some striking location photography , shot in Chichén Itzá ,Mazatlan and Yucatan, being a definite bonus.

The Addams family. The original B/W TV series which starred the beautifull Carolyn Jones.
One of the funniest TV shows along with the Munsters and the Phil Silvers (Sgt. Bilko) show.
I think that Caolryn's portrail of Morticia is absolutely fantastic-what a loss to the acting world when she passed away in 1983.
The young girl who played Wednesday (Lisa Loring) Addams was also great in her role-all inall a great watch. I have them on dvd and have watched them countless times and will probably watch them countless more times.

Right now I'm watching The X-Files Fight The Future on A&E. This would be the first movie. I've seen it a million times, but I don't care. I love me some Mulder and Scully!

I watched that when I was in NY, it's very well done. I hope they get it over here someday.
I just finished watching the cliff hanger of Home and Away on youtube. [yes I know, I know, don't judge me]
But it was so exciting! And I won't know what happens to everyone until after the blasted olympics are over. Roman, Nicole and Geoff stranded on a dessert island with a crazed mad man looking for revenge, Nurse Jenny [i think that's her name] missing the day of her wedding, and and poor Martha, will she pull through? Lord I hate getting hooked on these things, my will must be very weak at the moment. It could also be that there isn't a darn bit of good tv on lately. I can't even stand to watch the olympics now that I know it's kepping my show off the air. I keep looking at my watch when it's on saying, "how many more days til this is done now? Can't those people run any faster?"

Ed Wood-I liked his old turkey movies.
Both Johnny Depp and Martin Landau do a lot of justice to the main charcter roles of Wood and Bela Lugosi.
I almost did a double-take first time I watched this as Landaus portrayal of Lugosi is very haunting. I thought the great man had risen from the garve.

I'm getting in my daily requirements of The Lost World on DVD right now. Thursday was The Knife and Friday was Fire in the Sky. Last night I saw a little of Lord of the Rings. Regular television is tough to endure after being spoiled.

The Invisible Man, Disk One, Pilot Episode enjoyable/lovely/fantastic CoMmentary.....

You are perfectly correct in your summation.
I took the name from that particular film-I am a huge old monster movie fanatic.
Especially Price,Chaney,Lugosi,Karloff and Rathbone among others.
To stay on topic-next on my disc to watch is another miss Wray classic-Mysteries of the Wax Museum.

Oh goodness, I used to save my money to purchase "Famous Monsters" magazine when I was such a young thing. Loved the pictures and the articles. Forrest J. Ackerman... was one of my heros (for publishing that magazine).
Well, back to the topic.. next up on my Netflix Queue "A Touch of Frost" Seasons 9&10, Disk three.
