I would love to have my own tree house lSmile

I had one when I was a child. It was built in the park not far from the place where I lived. Although now I would hardly call it a real treehourse because it was really small, just for kids. But it was fun to play there SmileSmile

This is from the transcript I did for the pilot movie/episodes:

Veronica continues to lead the party through the jungle, and finally they come to a large clearing, in the center of which is a very tall tree. A dwelling has been constructed up among the branches of the tree.

"Now that’s what I call a treehouse," Challenger approves.

"Yes," Roxton concurs. "A sanctuary from the reptiles."

"How do we get up?" Marguerite wants to know.

"Well, on the elevator of course," Veronica laughs.

"I don’t see an elevator," Malone says.

"Inside the tree. Or I should say fig. The tree was killed centuries ago by the strangler fig that you see now."

"A parasite that strangles its hosts," Summerlee comments. "Fascinating."

Hope this helps.

I don't mean to knitpick but that's not a strangler fig, they don't have any roots (at least I think they don't) or brancehs. The seeds plant themselves in the branches of other trees, grow down until they touch the ground then strangle the tree until it dies and rots away. In the end your left with a completley hollow tree thingy (don't know the technical term Confused ) which you can climb up like a ladder Very Happy . As you can tell I watch a lot of documenteries. It must be some kind of Austrailian tree, they did film in Queensland after all.
