I just got back from vacation in California and during my many trips up and down the 405 freeway, passed by our friendly Radisson Los Angeles Westside, the location of several of our past conventions. It brought back very pleasant memories. My friend and I even went to The Howard Hughes Center and ate at Johnny Rocket's and browsed through the Borders. Aww, good times! [/font]

How many of us live in Florida?
We could do a local meetup.
Or rent some sort of suite at a hotel instead of a conference room/hall.

Or if Florida is too far for the Americans on the board, how bout somewhere in the midwest?
Like Chicago or St. Louis?

Hi to all my TLW friends!

Not that my travels should initiate a Lost World Con, but I hope to travel to Europe in 2010 (my first time!) and what could be better than to meet up with my board pals?!?! I would love to help plan such an event!!

Oh honey, I don't have a course set yet! I am looking for the BEST TRIP EVER! :) Are you in the USA? I'd love a travel companion? And if you are in Europe, heck, I'll buy the next drink. :)

Karen.. you are going to have the very best time. I've been to Europe twice..... both times were unforgettable. Everyone was so nice and helpful and, and, and... just wonderful. Pack light, bring washable clothing and eat local.

If you mean me, no, I'm not in the USA. We live in Austria (Europe ; ]) right now, but I think that might change since we may move again - but it's not certain for now, so... =]
